    Sauna Visit Preparation

    Prepare optimally for your wellness experience at Sauna Delizia. This guide helps you get the most out of your visit.

    Stap 11-2 hours before

    Hydration

    Drink at least 2 glasses of water 1-2 hours before your visit. Avoid alcohol and heavy meals.

    Personal Hygiene

    Take a shower before entering the sauna. This is hygienic and opens your pores.

    Stap 3Before sauna

    Remove Jewelry

    Remove all jewelry, watches and glasses. Metal can get hot in the sauna.

    Stap 4First session

    Start Slowly

    Start with a short session of 8-15 minutes. Gradually build this up as your body adjusts.

    Stap 5After each session

    Cool Down

    Cool down with a cold shower or in the pool. This stimulates blood circulation.

    Stap 6Between sessions

    Rest

    Take 10-15 minutes rest between sessions. Your body needs time to recover.

    Stap 7Afterwards

    Rehydrate

    Drink plenty of water or tea after your session. Avoid alcohol for at least 1 hour after.
